This Privacy Policy is designed to comply with applicable data protection laws in the United Arab Emirates, including Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (the “PDPL”), and the regulations of the Ras Al Khaimah Digital Assets Oasis Authority (RAK DAO).
